DAY SCHEDULE HOLIDAY PROGRAMME

 

Children will have the opportunity to participate in both structured and non-structured activities. This will be a combination of craft and recreational activities. Please make sure that you record information correctly on the enrolment form.
 

 

5-7 Day Schedule

WEEK 1 

Monday 27th September – Come and help make a cool clock to take home. You are never too young to start to tell the time.
 

Tuesday 28th September – With Spring in the air we are off to see the lovely Butterflies and the new Lambs at Butterfly Creek. Children should make sure they have warm clothing on this day as some of the time will be spent outside.
 

Wednesday 29th September – The morning will be spent creating a fun image that will be ironed on to t-shirts in the afternoon. T-shirts will be provided.
 

Thursday 30th September – Children will be able to view one of the latest releases showing at the Event Cinema at Westfield, St Lukes, followed by a colouring competition in the afternoon.
 

Friday 1st October – Children will make a range of hand prints (paint and plaster) through out the day as a keepsake for their treasure box.

 

WEEK 2

 

Monday 4th October – In groups children will complete a range of indoor tabloid games followed by baking in the afternoon.
 

Tuesday 5th October – Come and share in some fun at Ten Pin bowling and time spent in the games arcade. Children need to bring socks to wear with the shoes provided.
 

Wednesday 6th October – What exciting things can be made using paper? Children will be completing Origami in the morning and a Newspaper fashion design competition in the afternoon.
 

Thursday 7th October – This mystery tour will be a little bit dependent on what the weather is doing on the day. Children will need to wait and see where our bus will be taking them. No need to be bring lunch on this day as we will be having Fish & Chips.
 

Friday 8th October – Piñata’s and Sombreros are the theme for the day, along with Nachos and Tortillas for lunch. Come and be part of a fun Mexican day.

 

8+ Day Schedule

WEEK 1 

Monday 27th September – We will start the holiday programme off with some fun at Ten Pin bowling and time spent in the games arcade. Children need to bring socks to wear with the shoes provided.
 

Tuesday 28th September – Spend the morning with a flax tutor creating some traditional flax designs, whilst the afternoon will be spent making felt puppets. Children to bring any old buttons or zips that they may like to add to these.
 

Wednesday 29th September – Night vision is required on this day as we head west to glow in the dark Transylvania minigolf.
 

Thursday 30th September – The morning will be spent creating a fun image that will be ironed on to t-shirts in the afternoon. T-shirts will be provided.

WEEK 2

 

Monday 4th October – It’s all happening at Sky Tower these holidays so why not come along and join in the fun.

THINGS TO REMEMBER
 

1.         Parents to provide morning tea, lunch and a drink, unless stated, not required.

2.         Children must wear shoes on all outing days, as well as bring a rain jacket.

3.         Please have all clothing named and ensure all valuable items remain at home.
