The Great Gladstone Gala

GALA DROP OFF ROOM - ROOM 26 FOR CROCKERY, BOOKS, PUZZLES and ICE CREAM CONTAINERS.
¨ HELPERS - If you are able to come and help us set up at school on Friday 26th March or from midday on Saturday 27th March, then please contact Ngaire on 849 6956 or s-n.smales@xtra.co.nz
¨ CAKE BOXES – Cake boxes will be coming home with your child on Monday 22nd March. Please bring your cakes to the ROOM 4 on Saturday 27th March from 1–4pm. Please no fresh cream.
¨ GAZEBO’S – Please contact Nele Hunter on 826 3958 if you have a gazebo that we could use for the gala.
¨ ICE CREAM CONTAINERS – We need lots of clean ice cream containers & lids, please bring these to Room 26.
¨ PLANTS – Please bring any plants for the Plant stall to the school pool on Saturday 27th March from 1-4pm
¨ POOL CLOSED – The Pool will be closed from midday on Saturday 27th March, for Gala preparations.

This year the Silent Auction will close at 1pm. From 1.30pm the winning bidders will be able to return to Room 9 to pay and collect their goods. CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY.
